Camn is basically a clone of his father, Benny, except he was able to grab one more brain cell from his mother, Exxo, for a total of 2 brain cells. Though, just because he only has 2 to work with, that does not mean he can’t utilize them. I like to say that he has the storage capacity, but his RAM is sh*t. When I took him home, I only had plans for him being my pet, and didn’t consider doing more than a little barn hunt here and there to keep him a happy pup. As he grew, however, Tina saw just how much like his father he truly is and suggested I try my chance in the ring with him. Here we are, just about 4 months later, having already participated in 2 shows and have another 2 coming up! I’m still deciding how much longer I’ll continue doing conformation with him, but as of right now, I’m loving every second of it.

Along with conformation, I am also working with him in barn hunt, which we have our first trial coming up in March, and I’m going to test him in herding and see how that goes! I don’t plan on going crazy with the trick titles, like I did with Willow because money, however, I still plan on teaching him all the tricks to continue to work his little brain out. It’s been a blast so far watching my little man grow and I can’t wait to see what all he’s going to accomplish in the future!!
