I had been thinking about getting a corgi for several years, but I had a house full of aging animals, including my beloved cairn terrier, Guinness, so held off on the hardcore research. When Guinness left us in the fall of 2020 at the age of 16, I realized very quickly that I was not happy without a dog in my life and started looking for a corgi breeder so I could get on a waiting list. When the WandaVision litter was born in March of 2021, I knew I was on the waiting list though I had no idea where I stood... and I wanted Wanda. The day that Tina told me I could have her was the happiest day since losing Guinness, and I will never forget the sight of Tina walking across my front lawn with a tiny puppy in her arms early on Mother's Day morning.

I had not thought about dog sports at all, but quickly realized how smart Fiadh was and was determined to keep her challenged. We started agility training as soon as she graduated from puppy school. FastCAT was a no brainer. She passed her CGC at the age of 16 months, and the only thing standing between her and her first trick titles is her mom's failure to get the videos made and submitted.

My hooman babies have all grown up and moved out, but Fiadh is my amazing best girlfriend even if she is so smart that she gets in her own way sometimes. We are on a journey together and I can't wait to see where it leads. Every time I look at her, I think she is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Thank you, Tina, for breeding this gorgeous, spicy girl and letting me give her a home.
